3rd Quarter sales report indicates a strong year for real estate sales in Whistler

The Whistler real estate market remains strong as it moves into the last quarter of 2016. The recently released Whistler Market Report prepared by The Whistler Real Estate Company details how the 3rd quarter had above average levels of sales activity and that 2016 is shaping up to be the second busiest year since 2002! This trend is reflected in the transactions we’ve been involved in, we’ve been busier than ever over the last few months. The activity in the marketplace has been amazing and the shortage of inventory continues. The news of Vail purchasing Whistler Blackcomb has been huge news for all of us here and we look forward to nothing but good things to come our way because of it. The snow is accumulating on the top of the mountain already and by all indications, this will be an epic year on the ski hill.
