2016 saw Whistler and Pemberton enjoy a very active Real Estate market. The general strong interest in real estate in south western BC, a favourable currency exchange rate, and strong consumer confidence combined to accelerate activity in Whistler and Pemberton to record levels and created a marketplace that was both highly dynamic and challenging for buyers, sellers, and agents. As a result we saw a strong increase in activity and values, and the number of properties listed for sale fell to historically low levels.
